	Today's Bible Verse Pastor's Corner |   Pastor Kurt King was born and raised in Greenfield, Ohio near Chillicothe. He and his wife, Annie, have been married for seventeen years. They have four children, Randy, Emmy, K.J. and Calvin.  Kurt is a graduate of Morehead State University and received his masters of divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Kurt served as an associate pastor at the Lebanon United Methodist Church and senior pastor in two other UM congregations before being appointed lead pastor of Cherry Grove United Methodist Church in July 2002. His hobbies include playing with his four kids, camping with Annie and family, and competing in 5K and 10K running events around the greater Cincinnati area.
